Zeosales is a store-building and commerce platform operated by ZEOCOD SOLUTIONS. This policy describes information handled for the platform. Individual stores also handle customer information to run their businesses and fulfil orders; check the store's own privacy information for those activities.
2. Information used by the service
- Account and business information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, sign-in details, store details and staff roles provided when using an account.
- Store and order information: product listings, customer records, order contents, billing and delivery details, payment records, refunds and exchanges.
- Communications: information you choose to provide when contacting the platform or a store.
- Technical information: session information and technical records needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
The current "Start your store" form is a concept preview. Details entered into that form are not sent to us or saved by the form.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and storefronts, manage products and orders, support payments and returns, communicate about the service, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Store owners use their customers' information to process purchases and provide customer service.
4. Access and sharing
Store owners and authorised staff can access the customer and order information needed for their roles. Service providers may handle information where needed for hosting, communications, payment processing or delivery. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address fraud, misuse or a security issue.
A store's use of delivery companies, payment services and other external services is also subject to the privacy information provided by those services.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The service uses cookies to maintain signed-in sessions. Browser storage remembers preferences such as your landing-page theme and shopping cart. You can clear stored data or manage cookies in your browser; doing so may sign you out, reset preferences or remove saved cart contents.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes and meeting applicable legal obligations. Account authentication and role-based access controls help restrict access. No online service can guarantee complete security; keep your sign-in details private.
7. Questions and privacy requests
For information held by a store, contact that store through the details on its storefront or your order confirmation. For a Zeosales account or platform privacy question, contact the ZEOCOD SOLUTIONS team through your existing account or onboarding correspondence.
You can ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information. Requests will be considered in line with applicable law, identity verification and any obligations to retain records. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details in a request.
